LECTURES
In Praise of Women Reformers
Presented by Mount Auburn Cemetery at Mount Auburn Cemetery
March 20, 2011
Historical cultural attitudes towards women often perpetuated inequality. It is all the more notable then that certain women were leaders in a variety of reform movements. During this walk with Visitor Services Assistant Jim Gorman we will pay tribute to some iconic figures as well as some often unsung, who truly made a difference in our society.
