T’ai Chi Ch’uan is the 4,000-year-old Chinese art of meditation in motion. It promotes mental, emotional, and physical health by combining movement, meditation, relaxation, and self defense. The ultimate in no-impact aerobics, T’ai Chi increases blood flow, keeps joints flexible, and restores elasticity to muscles. This beginner’s class will focus on a series of short forms expressing the essence and spirit of a different animal, each containing ten steps or less. Try a sample class for only $10 on February 28!
