Body Rock (Dance Fitness)

Body Rock utilizes simple kickboxing and dance movement to increase your heart rate and build endurance, strength and balance. This class will consist of both cardio and muscle conditioning segments and is geared towards improving overall fitness through dance. Dancers are encouraged to let loose as we perform simple, high-impact movement inspired from different genres of dance and music – Hip-Hop, Bollywood, Zumba / Latin, Afro-Brazilian, African etc. While classes can be intense, movements are kept basic, repetitive and fun! All are welcome, no dance experience necessary. Get ready to feel the burn!
