"Art, Faith and Storytelling" will explore a range of traditional and contemporary storytelling found and inspired by works from the Harvard Art Museum Collection. Shared through the personal experience of five different faith leaders and practitioners, this program will interweave stories of religion and personal experience with great art, finding ways that the traditional arts help us access our own narrative.

Participants include Stephanie Paulsell, Houghton Professor of the Practice of Ministry Studies; Swami Tyagananda, Harvard Hindu chaplain; Rabbi Norman Janis, Harvard Hillel Chaplain; Hillary Collins-Gilpatrick MDiv ’13, and Celene Ayat Lizzio, MDiv ‘11. This event has been organized by Harvard Divinity School student Asha K.B. Kaufman, MTS ‘11.
