This major exhibition of quilts features the work of a group of Cape Cod women who dubbed themselves the "Wednesday Afternoon Sewing Group." Renowned quiltmaker and teacher Marjorie Lydecker has selected the cream of their efforts for this exhibition which includes more than thirty quilts. Styles include applique, pieced and embroidery and a very special two-sided appliquéd quilt will also be on display. Related events: Gallery Talk on April 13 at 11 am followed by quilting demonstrations; Hand Piecing quilting class on April 27, 1 to 3 pm.
