    CD release show with Jeffrey Foucault, Eric Heywood and Billy Conway, with special guests The Pines. Longtime disciple of the rich and strange music that sings behind the American veil, Jeffrey Foucault has spent the last decade mining the darker seams of country and blues, producing a string of spare and elemental albums of rare power while garnering accolades across the United States and overseas for a tersely elegant brand of songwriting set apart by its haunting imagery and weather-beaten cool. Jeffrey's new album HORSE LATITUDES is due May 3 and features Eric Heywood (Pretenders, Ray Lamontagne) on pedal steel and electric guitars, Jennifer Condos (Ray Lamontagne, Sam Phillips) on electric bass, Billy Conway (Morphine, Twinemen) on drums, and Van Dyke Parks (Ry Cooder, Lowell George, Brian Wilson) on keys. It will be Jeffrey's first collection of original material in five years.
