Children and their families are invited the view the special exhibition Chihuly: Through the Looking Glass and create Chihuly-inspired art next to the artist’s 42-foot tall Lime Green Icicle Tower at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA). The Cogan Family Foundation Vacation Week Adventures will take place Tuesday, April 19 through Friday, April 22. Children will also have the opportunity to explore the entire Museum, as art-making activities and interactive performances will take children throughout the MFA galleries to discover the hidden meanings and stories behind famous works from a wide-range of cultures and countries during School Vacation Week.

The MFA’s Vacation Week Adventures, which run daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (with extended hours until 8 p.m. on Wednesday), are free for children 17 and younger with paid adult admission and do not require registration. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available on Wednesday, April 20. For more information, visitors can view the calendar section of the Museum’s website, mfa.org.
