Harness the power of modern, the soul of jazz, and the spirituality of blues into a unique form of creative self-expression. Using dance movements from the techniques of ballet, Lester Horton, and José Limón, you will engage and strengthen your core muscles, increase flexibility and achieve a sense of connection between your mind and body. Appropriate for all levels.
