  As a student of world music at Boston College, I was very excited to attend this concert and I was not disappointed. Deepti Navaratna's voice was simply amazing and her fellow musicians (Krishnan Parameswaran and Mahalingam Santhanakrishnan) were phenomenal as well. Deepti is a wonderful artist with an incredible command of her voice. I think I speak for the entire audience when I say that the performance was made even more enjoyable by her obvious love for her work. I found myself smiling every time she would smile at her fellow musicians and tapped my feet along to her great performance. The new CD is currently playing on my computer and I recommend it to everyone! Bravo! Collapse
