    Enjoy a special talk on Sarah Bernhardt by Suzanne St. Pierre
    & a tasting of French Wines, cheeses, pastries and cash bar.

    Suzanne St. Pierre, who was an award-winning producer for 60 Minutes, will deliver a special talk on Sarah Bernhardt, the famous French stage and film actress of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Nicknamed “The Divine Sarah” and celebrated as the “most famous actress the world has ever known,” learn about Ms. Bernhardt’s rise to fame on the stages of Europe and America.

    Suzanne will share with the audience stories and interesting anecdotes of Ms. Bernhardt’s trip to Worcester in 1906 to perform at the Franklin Square Theatre (the original theatre on the site of The Hanover Theatre.)

    The Theatre joins with the Women’s Initiative in making this evening a small tribute to all the women who contribute to making our community a better place to live.
