Belly Dance Workout (Drop-In!)

Tone your body from head to toe with belly dance moves and exciting Middle Eastern music. This continous, low-impact workout is a unique way to get in shape with a special emphasis on your core. We’ll use some belly dance props such as canes, veils, jugs, and plates, to build for control and endurance.
