Join Nancy Tyrer from the Atheneum to make this delicious side dish for your next summer barbeque. It is easy to make ahead of time and toss with the dressing and cheese just before serving. A variety of vegetable dish recipes from the internet and library cookbooks that use fresh produce will be listed in a handout. Bring a vegetable peeler, 4 cup bowl, jar with a lid and a paring knife to class. All ingredients and other tools will be supplied. Each participant will go home with four 1 cup servings of this yummy salad like dish.
