Ballet Workout Class (Adult/Open)

This is the class for anyone who wants to try a new way of working out to gain the lean dancer physique they’ve always dreamed of obtaining. No dance experience is necessary. The class starts with simple movement inspired by the music of classical or contemporary composers, then moves to abdominal, adductor , upper body work, and stretching. These simple ballet moves build strength, control, and balance, all integrated into movement. Just bring workout attire, shoes you can move in, and a good attitude.
