Elementary Ballet Class (Adult/Open)

Elementary Level: Students are expected to be familiar with all barre exercises, including simple balances; concepts of croisé, éffacé and écarté; and basic turns and jumps. Centre exercises combine elements of the above material into movement phrases of two to four different steps and emphasize increased proficiency.
