Zachary Sifuentes, Adams House Resident Tutor, Visiting Lecturer on Visual and Environmental Studies, and Head Preceptor at the Harvard Writing Program

Housed in the basement of Adams House, Bow & Arrow Press has been a part of Harvard’s undergraduate life since the 1950s. Highly active by the 1980s, the press has hosted students and tutors who went on to become noted designers, artists, and writers. Today, the press enjoys unprecedented student interest, and features typesetting and typography classes for Harvard students and affiliates. We will learn about the history and basics of type and letterpress, and tour participants will make a keepsake print.
