This songwriting workshop is for both beginning and experienced songwriters. It covers the process of songwriting from the conceptual stage right through to the publishing of your songs.
Bill explores the elements of creating compelling lyrics as well as compelling melodies, examining some of the musical motifs that make for a beautiful song. Concepts like "surfing the melody", and descending chord patterns are discussed. What are some of the steps to writing "a great song?"
Bring a notebook and your instrument if you like.
