    It’s close to midnight, and something evil’s lurking in the dark, as TCAN stirs up its annual batch of a cappella brew. You’ve never heard Thriller as NYC’s boot-quakin’, booty-shakin’ Duwende renders it, fresh from their latest series of voices-only tributes to The Gloved One. As seen on NBC’s vocal contest, “The Sing-Off,’ Berklee’s Pitch Slapped returns with the scary-good arrangements and high-energy delivery that claimed this year’s International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella. Boston’s own Regional Harmony Sweepstakes winners Overboard swoop in with supernatural vocal skill and killer soul-infused rock. Costumes optional as always. Ear-candy, anyone?
