    Teen Woodworking

Presented by at Eliot School of Fine and Applied Arts

    October 16 - December 11, 2011

    Teen Woodworking

As students gain experience, they build skills and familiarity with tools and materials. Teens advance to shop etiquette, milling, joinery, layout and basic power tools. Teens 17 and up may join our adult classes.

Each class incorporates beginners and experienced students, with new projects each session. Small classes allow for ample individual attention. All classes emphasize safety and the pleasure of making things and completing them to take home. Materials are provided for small projects; for larger projects, instructors will advise students to bring their own.

The first two classes of each term will focus on wood turning with visiting artisan Ken Lindgren.

    Limit 8 students
    Instructor: Robert Worth
