Capturing Large Cats and Dogs with Pencil & Paper (Ages 9–13)

Tigers, jaguars, mountain lions, sabertooths and house cats are surprisingly similar. How do they compare to wolves, coyotes or domestic dogs? We’ll use realistic drawing techniques to explore the teeth, skeletons, and overall body shapes to learn more about these carnivores and how to draw them.
