    Join us for an especially busy week of music, film and video, history, education and visual art in the ballroom! These cultural offerings are supported entirely by your freewill donations and our 45th Anniversary sponsors.

    Sunday, Sept. 25: Dudley Rising Gospel Feast
    Sunday dinner prepared by Ethnica Gourmet with performance by Bullock Brothers and Sons; meal served continuously beginning 2:00 o’clock; live music 3:00-5:00. Dinner $25, child 12 and under $12; freewill donation for the band.

    Monday, Sept. 26: The Black Power Mixtape: 1967-1975
    Screening of a new documentary film by Göran Hugo Olsson on the Black Power Movement in the United States, seen from a Swedish perspective, using archival interviews from the period with fresh commentary and soundtrack. Presented by IFC Films, with a panel discussion. 7:00 p.m., freewill donation.

    Tuesday, Sept. 27: Meet the Presidents
    An open forum on access to higher education with three college presidents: Jackie Jenkins-Scott of Wheelock College, Deborah Jackson of Cambridge College, and Ted Landsmark of Boston Architectural College. Presented by the National Black College Alliance. 6:00 p.m., freewill donation.

    Wednesday, Sept. 28: Sexy Bully
    Jacqui Parker introduces her new videotape on dramatic responses to bullying among teenagers. Presented by Our Place Theatre Project, with a panel discussion. 7:00 p.m., freewill donation.

    Thursday, Sept. 29: Amnesia: Forgetting About Yesterday
    Reception with performances for a group show of visual art, on display in the ballroom September 26-30, curated by Aziza Goodnight and presented by the Goodnight Initiative and the Amnesia Lifestyle Group. 7:00 p.m., freewill donation.

    Saturday, Oct. 1 - Sunday, Oct.2 : Roxbury Open Studios
    A cooperative display in the ballroom during the thirteenth-annual tour of individual artist studios and group sites throughout Roxbury. Organized this year by the ArtRox Collaborative and Discover Roxbury. 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. both days, free admission.
