Launching the new season with an extravaganza of musical mélange, music director and pianist Robert Wyatt invites three special friends to join him in an afternoon of elegant chamber music. Cape Cod soprano Joan Kirchner is featured singing Dominick Argento’s Pulitzer Prize winning song cycle, From the Diary of Virginia Woolf, with the duo later joining oboist Elizabeth Doriss and cellist Bo Ericsson, two principal chairs of the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra, in a program including the music of Brahms, Marcello, Bach and Schubert.
