    Claire Dickson, winner of three Downbeat Magazine Student Music Awards for Jazz and Blues vocals, will be performing with her trio (Michael McLaughlin, piano; Greg Loughman, bass, Grant Smith, drums). Claire has released her first CD, Scattin' Doll, to great critical acclaim. She carries on in the tradition of Ella and Sarah, developing her own interpretations and improvisations on the American Songbook, bebop, Latin and modern jazz classics.
