Kids’ Beginning Sewing

January 9-March 26, 2012

Newcomers and returning students mix hand and machine sewing. Small classes allow for individual attention, and we encourage kids to share their skills. The youngest children start with pincushions and pillows. We supply materials for the first meeting. Then, with the instructor’s advice, bring your own fabric and develop your own sewing kit. Come for more than one term and make new projects each time.
