Amare Cantare presents a concert for a cathedral setting. The program features Giovanni Gabrieli’s Jubilate Deo, a double chorus motet written for St. Mark’s Cathedral in Venice; Alma redemptoris mater by Johannes Ockeghem; Nuper rosarum flores by Guillaume Dufay, Duruflé’s Quatre motets sur des thèmes grégoriens , medieval English carols, and works by Sweelinck, Schütz, Bruckner, and Willan, & Trois Chansons, a group of French carols.
