“In the Kitchen with Joan Nathan” provides a hands-on cooking class with Joan Nathan in the Yiddish Book Center's professional kosher kitchen, a catered lunch, an afternoon discussion and Q&A with Joan, and a book signing. Advance registration is required as space is limited. Joan Nathan is the author of ten cookbooks, including the recently published _Quiches, Kugels and Couscous: My Search for Jewish Cooking in France. She is a regular contributor to The New York Times, Food Arts Magazine, and Tablet Magazine, among other publications.
