Boston Body Barre Class
January 12 - February 16, 2012
This full-body workout is designed to work and stretch your muscles through creative exercises performed at a barre and on a mat. Inspired by yoga and Pilates, this class will challenge your body with precise movements and repetitions and will use props such as flexbands, light weights, and small exercise balls. You will be guided by clear and precise cues as you take part in a complete full-body workout that is fun, rejuvenating, and designed for all levels.
