On Saturday, November 19th, 2011, from 12:00PM-5:00PM the Wine ConneXtion and the Red White Boston Tasting Crew will toast it’s arrival at “Beaujolais Nouveau Time,” during a complimentary tasting event featuring samples of Beaujolais and other prominent Thanksgiving wines which will be paired with holiday dishes prepared by Sandrino’s Catering.

Perhaps one of the most interesting feasts, Thanksgiving highlights a variety of fall flavors making fruity and light-bodied wines the perfect choice. The six-week old Beaujolais Nouveau is a perfect complement to any dish that may grace a Thanksgiving table, including mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberries and yams. Sandrino’s Catering will be on hand to pair the wine with the flavors of Thanksgiving.
