This gallery talk will highlight a selection of recent acquisitions that illustrates the breadth of approaches to contemporary photographic practice. In addition to work by major international photographers, including Vera Lutter and Hiroshi Sugimoto, works that have entered the collection through two special programs, the South Asian Photography Initiative and the Busch-Reisinger Museum’s Friends Anniversary Collection, will be discussed. Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Recent Acquisitions, Part I: Contemporary Photographs.
Free with the price of admission; Admission is free to MA residents with valid ID on Saturdays before noon.
