Local musicians Jeff & Jane Hudson take the stage. In the ‘80s, this pioneering electronic music duo fuzzed out the lines between synth pop and the raging guitars of post-punk to devastating effect. Originally from Boston and former members of the late-'70s new wave group the Rentals, visual artists Jeff and Jane Hudson moved to NYC at the beginning of the '80s, opened for Suicide, the Clash, PIL, and Duran Duran among others. This performance celebrates the re-issue and 30th anniversary of their album Flesh, as well as Jeff’s birthday. They'll be joined by Karl Mullen who will perform with Jeff as part of their band Space Bar and video for the show will be provided by Aurora Halal.
