Josephine ("Fine") smarts under the reputation of being “invisible” - a deadly judgment for an acting student! So when famous director Kaspar Friedmann picks her to play the lead role in his new production, Josephine is the first to wonder why. The heroine is a strong, sexually aggressive, self-destructive vamp, the very opposite of Josephine. As she slips into her new role, the borders between theater and reality begin to blur, sending her on a dangerous path toward self-discovery. Fine puts herself into the hands of a director, who sends her on an emotional roller coaster ride. A dangerous game is set off, bound to turn Fine into her own worst enemy.
