Ghosts. Music. Drinking. Murder. What could be more fun?

Blood Rose Rising is a new idea in theatrical entertainment; a live, ongoing, dramatic series. Each episode is a complete entertainment experience in itself, but as the characters develop, their story progresses from episode to episode toward a thrilling seasonal climax. The show is staged in a dynamic nightclub environment, with live music, magic, food, drink, and social interaction. It is the brainchild of well-known Boston theatre artist Ben Evett.

The Pilot Episode, "Immaterial Girl" will open on Feb. 17th, 2012 at 8 p.m. with new episodes coming on stage every month or so. In Episode One, Robert Blackwood inherits a ruined Victorian mansion from his father, and uncovers a secret that leads him on a chilling journey to love, murder, and desire.
