Spring 89 (Amin, 2009) tells the story of the last days of innocence of Egyptian teenage girls Camelia and Sarah.
Hawi (El Batout, 2011), released at the prestigious Rotterdam Film Festival, is an improvisatory film inspired by the underground music of Alexandria, Egypt.
