Please join us for NewTV’s 21st Annual Membership meeting at our studio in Newton on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 7pm. There will be an annual report, refreshments, and three nominees will be elected to the NewTV Board of Directors; two seats for a two year term and the other for a one year term. Ballots will be distributed to members in good standing the night of the event. Membership dues must be paid by March 9th to have voting privileges. If you are not able to attend this membership meeting, absentee ballots are available. Please contact Cheryl Uttaro at 617.965.7200 x114 or email cherylu@newtv.org should you require one. Absentee ballots must be returned no later than March 13th at 5:00pm. Any member having an interest in running for these seats should be prepared to make a brief presentation citing who they are and why they should be considered. The election will take place after all presenters have been heard.
