    New Restoration! WINGS (1927)

    Wordless Wednesdays! Tonight’s film marks the initiation of a new monthly series, “Wordless Wednesdays,” in which we’ll highlight some of the most remarkable and influential silent films ever made. WINGS (1927) dir William A. Wellman w/Clara Bow, Charles ‘Buddy’ Rogers, Richard Arlen, Gary Cooper [139 min] “It Girl” Clara Bow loves Buddy Rogers, but Buddy – and buddy Richard Arlen – love planes; all get their fill when the US of A enters WWI.
