    Donna Rossetti-Bailey is an award winning pastel artist and a signature member of many pastel societies. She taught an award winning art program in the Rockland Public schools for many years. A graduate of Boston University’s School of Fine Arts, Donna teaches in Marshfield and gives workshops at the national, regional and local levels. She works closely with Terry Ludwig Pastels of Colorado and has created a custom set of 30 pastels...
