    May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month! Come help us celebrate! This Sakura Matsuri Festival sponsored by the Brookline High School Japanese program and The Genki Spark will feature: Cherry Tree Planting Ceremony, Music, Taiko Drumming (by The Genki Spark, Rutsubo Taiko, and Odaiko New England), Bon Odori Dance (Japanese folk dance), Food for Sale (www.bonmetruck.com, boba tea, www.japonaisebakery.com), Games, and Crafts (make your own button, origami, face painting) to commemorate the 100 years of the gift of cherry trees from Japan to the US. Please come and celebrate with us!
