Boston’s own Debo Band plays a hard-driving strain of ’70s Ethiopian pop music with elements of rock, funk and jazz. The 11-piece band created a huge buzz at globalFEST and SXSW this year for its “incredible energy and passion and excellence.”-All Songs Considered, NPR.
