SUPERMOM UNVEILED is an art show featuring women artists from different generations and multi-cultural backgrounds whose common theme are their interpretations and realities about Motherhood.
This exclusive group of artists and their work is tantalizing and stimulates the viewer to reflect upon their own personal experience. This Exhibition is honest, raw and humorous; it breaks the cultural myth of the ‘PERFECT MOTHER’. It stands in contrast to the hyped stereotypes that continue to pressure women to pursue un-realistic measures.
This exhibition shows sculptures, documentary films, photography, short videos, paintings and comic art.
