There’s more to making a great burger than firing up the grill and slapping a patty between buns. On Monday, June 7th, 2012 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM Chef Richard Chuddy, the man behind Boston Burger Blog, and Chef Katie Barszcz of The Small Boston Kitchen will team up to show students the art of building the perfect burger at the Boston Center of Adult Education (BCAE) in “Toasty Buns: Burgers to Blow Your Mind.”
For just $55, or $45 for members, students will grind their own meat, make homemade condiments and learn the secrets to grilling mouthwatering burgers from professional chefs who know a thing or two about this ubiquitous sandwich. Chuddy has scoured Boston looking for the king of beef and is a purist when it comes to ingredients and toppings.
Whether their preference is to hold the pickles or hold the lettuce, students will become masters of the grill just in time for summer barbeques!
