A Celebration of Piano & Voice ~ Pure Poetry! The Cranberry Coast Concerts Chorale returns for it’s fourth straight season with the world premier of Kirk Whipple’s new composition, Macabrifesto. Mr. Whipple will share the piano bench with Marilyn Morales and Chris Brown. The 8-movement work for 1 piano / 6 hands, choir and percussion is based upon famous dark poems and includes Edgar Allen Poe’s The Raven as the thrilling finale. Also featured will be soloists from the CCC Chorale. Included in the concert will be a new work for soprano and piano by Suzanne Sheppard based upon poems by Robert Frost, and will present Ms. Sheppard at the piano and her sister, Lisa Sheppard Hadley, soprano.
