Boston wasn't always this funny. Look at your parents, do they look like they had a ton of laughs in their day? Fortunately the early 80s saw a number of local comics stand up and get behind the mic giving Boston a sorely needed laugh. Nick's Comedy Stop is where Boston comedy all began and it continues to be the place where top national acts and new talent perform before sold-out crowds.

Legends like Steve Allen, Phyllis Diller, Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld have appeared at Nick's while local and national favorites like Lenny Clarke, Denis Leary, Don Gavin, Dane Cook and Steve Steve Sweeney continue to swing by. At almost 30 years old, Boston's oldest comedy club is still going strong, now with it's second location in Cambridge, MA.
