JAZZ @ The Arsenal presents a night of groovin’ music with the powerfully expressive singer Darcel Wilson and the Rhythm & Soul Project. Concert highlights will include originals as well as music by Bill Withers, Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Stevie Wonder and others.
