Prepare for Capitol Square’s Day of the Dead Fiesta on November 2, with a craft project inspired by Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Class includes instruction, light refreshments and a glass of wine for those over 21. Join us in decorating real sugar skulls with heart and flower motifs, using special markers, glitter, and papers.
