BCMS presents Haydn, Mozart & Beethoven

The wit and charm of Haydn’s personality shine through in the piano trio that opens this concert of musical Greats. Mozart’s C major quintet is as grand as a symphony and as intimate as a string quartet, full of emotional outpourings and exhilarating high spirits. The program finishes with a reduction of Beethoven’s fourth piano concerto, the last work he premiered in public.

Haydn Piano Trio in E major, Hob. XV:28

Mozart String Quintet in C major, K. 515
