In this deeply personal documentary his niece, director Esther Robinson, delves into the mystery of her uncle’s alleged suicide and peels away the layers of the Warhol myth. Combined with interviews of surviving Warhol acolytes are never-before-seen 16-millimeter films of Williams’ time at the Factory with footage that includes Edie Sedgwick, Paul Morrissey, the Velvet Underground and Warhol himself.
