MUSIC

This group explores the crossroads where jazz, bluegrass, celtic, and popular music intersect (in other words, Mark Shilansky's head). Its members are a mixture of well-known and up-and-coming musicians, spanning these musical worlds, having played the world over with such varied groups as Esperanza Spalding, Luciana Souza, and Crooked Still. Shilansky has appeared at First Parish Church in Cohasset before, accompanying vocal groups Syncopation and ESP, and here is featured with his own eclectic compositions and arrangements.
