Coro Allegro kicks off their 20th season with Artistic Director David Hodgkins with a concert of some of their favorite 20th-century composers: Pinkham (Christmas Cantata), Britten (Festival Te Deum), Poulenc (Chansons Françaises) and Kodaly (Missa Brevis). Come experience these composers' unique voices, responding to the turbulence of the 20th century by celebrating, in new harmonic colors, the cultural traditions that shaped them.
