A reading of Harbison’s The Great Gatsby, as part of It’s Alive, a series of staged readings by students, faculty and professional actors organized by Anna Kohler, Senior Lecturer in Theater Arts. The Great Gatsby is an opera in two acts composed by MIT Institute Professor John Harbison. The libretto, also by Harbison, was adapted from the novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
