    Winchester Community Music School will present the fourth concert in its 2012-13 Faculty Recital Series on Monday, December 3, at 7:30 pm. The concert will feature Tad Hitchcock playing jazz guitar, with Mark Pucci on acoustic bass, Andrew Jones on drums, and special guest Curt Shumate on guitar.
