Introduces students to fundamental concepts and skills of opera and dramatic performance. May be taken as a stand-alone class or in preparation fro February or March school vacation week opera intensives. Inspired by BLO's season opener, Madama Butterfly, explore musical selections from Broadway, operetta, and opera works that portray Asian culture onstage.
